Silicone Heat Transfer Compound
Dynatex® Silicone Heat Transfer Compound is a grease-like silicone material, heavily filled with heat conductive metal oxides. It is used as a heat transfer medium in the electrical and electronic industry for facilitating heat dispersion. Withstands high and low temperatures (-65°F to 400°F), water resistant, chemically inactive and hydrolytically stable.
- Transfers heat away from electronic devices
