24 OZ GUN GRADE
Surface must be clean and free of grease and oil. Shake the can well for at least 30 times. Spray with water mist to speed cure and give better cell structure. Screw can onto gun coupling. Insert gun tip into void, hold the can upside down and depress the trigger. Fill joint or cavity for a depth of at least two-thirds.

STRAW 12OZ AEROSOL
Surface must be clean and free of grease and oil. Shake the can well for at least 30 times. Spray with water mist to speed cure and give better cell structure.  Screw tube onto valve, hold the can upside down and extrude the foam by pressing the tube. Fill joint or cavity for a depth of at least 50%.

12/20oz GENIUS GUNS
Ensure there is sufficient ventilation and keep away from flames.
Make sure surfaces are clean and free of grease and dust. Spraying water on the surfaces
will improve adhesion and speed up curing. If necessary, protect areas by using masking
tape. Product can be applied between 41° F and 95° F. Shake can vigorously for 30
seconds. Shake regularly for maximum yield. Flip open cap and wear gloves provided
inside cap. Unclip nozzle. Use upside down. Point nozzle and press trigger. Amount of
trigger pressure defines speed at which foam extrudes. Fill gaps for about 50% as foam
will continue to expand. Work upwards, building up layers. Spraying in between with
water will improve curing speed. In case of spillage, remove immediately with Soudal
Gun & Foam Cleaner. Do not use water. If the foam has cured, it can be removed by
cutting or sanding. When finished, detach butterfly plug from cap and insert at the end
of the nozzle. Clip cap back in place to lock trigger. Store can upright in dry conditions
between 41° F and 77° F.

• Meets: UL 723, UL 1715, NFPA 286, ASTM E814 (modified), ASTM E-84
